EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Have you ever shown up to work nude? No, that is not a normal practice, but it is common for our work. Clients often request us to come on stage nude, wearing specific outfits.  However, that is related to client events and not your day-to-day operations. Nudity is not a work requirement, nor is attending client events. We do not offer prostitution or escort services. We are professionals who offer consulting and modeling services to our clients. We interviewed each position, looking for someone very specific for each position. Over the years, we have expanded our staff to include a diverse set of body types for our clients. We always work as a unified team to fulfill all of our clients' requests. Being completely nude at client events in front of hundreds of men at corporate and group events can be intimidating, and we strive to stay connected as a team and support each other during times of pressure.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

INTERVIEW PROCESS

​Interviewing process: Our interview process is unique due to our line of work. We seek women with a particular body type for the role while also seeking someone professional and qualified for their actual work functions. Your job has dual roles: your primary job and an optional job serving clients. While the former does not have any physical requirements, the latter has plenty since clients are looking for very particular types of women to attend their events.

  • Phase 1: First round application:

    • You will be provided with a basic application to provide your personal information

    • You will also be provided a consent form, non-contractual

      • Once signed, we will require up to one dozen nude photos of your body​

        • If required, we will request photos with a tape measure to verify certain measurements​

  • Phase 2: Zoom meeting (clothed)​

    • If you receive an update email from us, you will move to the second phase, which contains a video interview. We are looking to see if your personality, qualifications, and body type meet our specific job opening​

​

  • Phase 3: In-person meeting (nude)​

    • If you move to phase 3, we will arrange transportation and accommodation to fly you out to our Los Angeles or New York office for an interview. Car and hotel arrangements will be made on your behalf​

    • All candidates at this stage will be presented with a $30,000 check for their time

    • Before the interview commences, you will be presented with a nudity consent form to date and sign

    • Shortly into the interview, you will be asked to strip down completely nude for us and continue the interview

      • We are looking to evaluate your body to see if it best fits our open job role​

  • Phase 4: Onboarding​​

    • If selected to join our company, you will receive notification from our team via phone and email, along with initial onboarding documentation from our financial department. Joining our company means you may have to relocate close to one of our three office locations. There are a variety of legal contracts to be reviewed and signed

  • Phase 5: Measurements​

    • We will schedule a date for you to come into one of our offices to have your measurements taken. We take over 300 measurements and keep those on file, as clients often have very specific requests.​

    • We also work with you on practice dildos to evaluate your various techniques and provide guidance​

GEISHA TRAINING

Geisha training and certification are required for all staff that wish to be eligible to be booked for client events. There are ten phases of education and testing involved, and the entire process usually takes six months.

We slowly train you to become a proper Geisha. Understanding the history, costume, etiquette, and postures. We provide a training syllabus during onboarding orientation. You are only expected to perform as a Geisha during booked client events. If you attend an event but were not booked, then there is no requirement involved. Clients may also opt to book you wearing entirely different outfits, and your Geisha performance may not be required.​​

EVENT TRAINING

In addition to training to become a company-certified Geisha, you will also be required to train for client events. This only applies to staff members who wish to be booked by clients. Our clients expect a high standard from our staff and we have developed a series of qualifications and benchmarks that must be passed to graduate to various levels. Aside from actual training, there are several milestones to complete.

  • Phase 1: Mock event

    • We hold a private event at a local hotel conference room, bring in fifty men (all vetted), and introduce you on stage. This is meant to simulate a Geisha Silver Event. Dressed however you want, you will strip completely nude, get off the stage, and converse with the men​ for one hour. You will be given four different outfits to put on and take off during the event to showcase your attire to them. Nothing sexual will take place, and the men are not permitted to touch your body without explicit permission. We also have on-site security and staff to back you up. This exercise is to get you comfortable talking with strangers

  • Phase 2: Shadow your first corporate or group event

    • You are brought to your first client event. This is a Bronze or Silver professional corporate or group event, and you are only there to observe. You may be dressed in business casual attire or anything of your choosing. All guests are informed that you are a trainee and no one will touch you. You can mingle with the crowd and see how your co-workers interact with the attendees. Most learn quite a lot during their first shadow

  • Phase 3: Attending your first corporate or group event
    • You are brought to your second client event. This is a Geisha Bronze or Silver professional corporate or group event. You were not specifically booked, but you can now fully interact with all attendees, and they have access to you as well. You will dress in your full Geisha outfit and be expected to provide a performance. The company will compensate you for your appearance. This is a live trial run to see how you perform with groups​
      • While never required, you are fully expected to perform sexual acts with the attendees in both solo and group settings. This is something we would help train you on in advance to be well-prepared​

  • Phase 4: Your first booking​
    • For this phase, clients have specifically booked you as a secondary Geisha and expect you to perform well. You are directly compensated for your booking, and both the company and client review your performance and rate you on several topics a few days after the event has concluded​
      • In this setting, you are expected to service a large number of attendees thoroughly and meet their needs​

  • Phase 5: Headlining your first event - your path towards earning millions per year
    • You are booked as the Geisha headliner for the client for a Geisha Bronze or Silver corporate or group event. Depending on how many other women are booked, you are expected to ​service 10-200 attendees. As groups will take you on, we are evaluating your various applied skills and determine if you can graduate to Geisha Gold status
      • Graduates at this level are 6-on-1 gangbang certified​ (rear+rear+front+oral+hand+hand) and tested at events
      • We offer much higher billing rates for staff certified either in 6-on-1, deep oral, double barrel, squirting, or fisting
        • Staff billing rates are determined by internal reviews and client reviews after events. High rating = more pay​

Any staff that graduate to Geisha Gold status can headline private events. These are VIP-level events that are only available to our most qualified staff.
