Hana Zhang
General Counsel
As General Counsel, Hana serves as the chief legal advisor to our company, overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Her role involves providing strategic legal guidance to the Directors, managing the company's legal risks, and handling corporate governance issues. She is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, managing litigation and disputes, and overseeing the work of external legal counsel. She also ensures that the company adheres to client-related regulations and their internal policies. Her role is crucial in protecting our company's interests and enabling informed decision-making at the highest levels.
MINI BIO
Hana was born May 29, 1971 in Anhui, China. Her family moved to Los Angeles when she was twelve years old. Initially difficult to assimilate into a new culture and language, Hana eventually overcame adversity and finished high school. In college, she threw herself into her studies and was pre-law. She met her husband during law school and they were together for 13 years. They eventually divorced and Hana is currently single and enjoying the many options provided to her.

BOOKING HANA
Booking Hana is possible through professional modeling events, public and private corporate and group events, and one-on-one engagements with clients. Her modeling rate is negotiable through agencies. Her venue booking rates vary and are listed below. When booked for one-on-one she is billed as a companion escort and is tasked to continually service her host. When booked for groups if and when she is the only model booked she is billed as a performer and is tasked to continually service the entire group. A detailed list of included services can be presented for all serious booking inquiries. The services are also included in our guidelines and contracts once an initial booking has been completed. We do not provide those here as the details are very graphic.
2025 hourly booking rates and services
