Svetlana is responsible for organizing and executing events, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and carried out. Her main role is to coordinate with other Directors to ensure smooth planning of client events. Her role includes coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation, as well as managing budgets and timelines. She works closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into actionable plans. As Event Coordinator, she also collaborates with vendors and suppliers, negotiates contracts, and oversees event setup and breakdown. During events, she is remotely available to handle any issues that arise and ensure everything runs smoothly.

MINI BIO

​Svetlana was born August 26, 1972  in Vladivostok, USSR. Her parents had immigrated from North Korea in 1964 to find better job opportunities. She moved to Seoul in 1995 after the collapse of the USSR. She worked in event planning until 2002 when she moved to San Francisco due to a business opportunity. She joined our company in 2015. She enjoys ballroom dancing and mystery novels. She has never been married and is currently single and very frisky.​​​​
