Welcome to Sakura Geisha, a platform offering luxury performance services. These Terms of Service (TOS) outline the rules and regulations governing the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use our platform.

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and the effective date will be adjusted accordingly. We encourage you to periodically review these terms for any changes.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:

• Service(s): Refers to any and all services offered through Sakura Geisha, including but not limited to performance bookings, modeling bookings, corporate, group, and individual bookings, and luxury escort services.

• Client: Refers to any individual, corporation, group, or entity that books or uses our services.

• Escort/Performer: Refers to an individual contracted to provide escort or performance services from Sakura Geisha.

• Website: Refers to sakurageisha.com and any associated mobile apps or platforms.

• Agreement: Refers to this Terms of Service document, which governs the relationship between you (the Client) and Sakura Geisha.

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to access and use our services. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet these age requirements. If you are underage, you are prohibited from using our services, and any use of the service by an underage individual will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal consequences.

3. Account Registration

​

To use our services, you may be required to create an account. By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your account information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify Sakura Geisha immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Provided

​

Sakura Geisha provides a platform to book a variety of services for a variety of booking tiers. ​Virtual booking services (for instance, video calls or chat services to work on bookings). The scope of services provided may include but is not limited to:

• Geisha Bronze Events - ​Corporate and Group bookings for 5-hour minimum events with restrictions between 25-200 attendees.

  • Geisha performances

    • Attire is fully customizable by the client, up to four costumes

      • The client decides the attire in advance. Performers may be either in full costume or fully nude. The default is a full Geisha costume.

  • Venue modeling performances and shows - attire is fully customizable by the client.

  • On-stage performances (including but not limited to adult entertainment, music, acting, etc.)

  • Extensive sexual services may include but are not limited to:

    • hugging, kissing, cunnilingus, analingus, handjobs, double handjobs, oral sex, double barrel oral sex, ​vagina intercourse, anal intercourse, double anal intercourse, vaginal toy insertion, performer(s)-masturbation, self-fisting vaginal, squirting, vaginal fisting, vaginal wine bottle insertion, facials, ejaculations, bukkake, gangbang, queues of men.

  • The performer(s) will produce limited amounts of urine or feces for attendees

    • Her squirt, urine, or feces provided to an attendee is considered transferred property, and they may do whatever they like with it.​

  • Extensive sexual services may include but are not limited to:

    • hugging, kissing, cunnilingus, analingus, handjobs, double handjobs, oral sex, double barrel oral sex, ​vagina intercourse, double vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse, double anal intercourse, vaginal toy insertion, anal toy insertion, self-masturbation, self-fisting vaginal, self-fisting anal, squirting, performer drinks squirt, vaginal fisting, anal fisting, vaginal wine bottle insertion, anal wine bottle insertion, facials, ejaculations, bukkake, gangbang, (performer) urination, ​(performer) defication.

• Geisha Gold Group Events - VIP Private bookings for a 24-hour contract, restricted to 5-10 guests

  • Geisha performances by request - attire fully customizable by client

    • The client decides the attire in advance. Performers may be either in full costume or fully nude. The default is a full Geisha costume.

  • Venue modeling performances and shows by request - attire is fully customizable by the client.

  • Escort companionship and services - dates, time spent together.

  • Unlimited extensive sexual services may include but are not limited to:

    • hugging, kissing, cunnilingus, analingus, handjobs, double handjobs, oral sex, double barrel oral sex, ​triple barrel oral sex, vagina intercourse, double vaginal intercourse, triple vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse, double anal intercourse, triple anal intercourse, vaginal toy insertion, anal toy insertion, performer(s)-masturbation, vaginal self-fisting, anal self-fisting, anal self-wristing, squirting, dedicated squirt session, performer drinks squirt, vaginal fisting, anal fisting, vaginal wine bottle insertion, anal wine bottle insertion, facials, ejaculations, throat ejaculations, bukkake, gangbang.

  • Full urination consent provided:

    • Performer(s) will consume any urine of any member of the group at any time over the 24 hours.

      • Performer(s) will allow any member of the group to urinate on the face or body at any time over the 24 hours.

      • Any group member is permitted to urinate directly into the mouth of the performer(s).

      • Any group member is permitted to defecate directly into the vagina of the performer(s).

      • Any group member is permitted to defecate directly into the anus of the performer(s).

  • Full defecation consent provided:

    • ​Performer(s) will provide all of their feces to the group over the 24 hours. Toilet use by performer(s) is prohibited.

      • Performer(s) will smear their face or bodies with their feces when requested.​

      • Performer(s) will smear their feces onto any member of the groups penis and perform handjobs when requested.

      • Performer(s) will smear their feces onto any member of the groups penis and perform oral sex when requested.

      • Performer(s) will fully insert her entire defecation (every turd) into her vagina when requested.

      • When applicable, performer(s) will vaginal masturbate using one of her long turds acting as a dildo when requested.

      • Performer(s) will cover either a vibrator or dildo with their feces and perform vaginal masturbation when requested.

      • Any group member is permitted to cover their penis with her feces and engage in vaginal intercourse.

      • Any group member is permitted to cover their penis with her feces and engage in anal intercourse.

      • Performer(s) consents to defecating directly into the mouth of any group member.

      • Performer(s) will consume all of her feces when requested.

        • She can also complete this or other tasks in full Geisha costume with full makeup.​

    • ​Performer(s) will accept all feces from the group over the 24 hours.

      • Any group member is permitted to smear her face or body with their feces when requested.​

      • Performer(s) will fully insert any group members entire defecation (every turd) into her vagina when requested.

      • Any group member is permitted to cover their penis with their own feces and engage in vaginal intercourse.

      • Any group member is permitted to cover their penis with their own feces and engage in anal intercourse.

      • Any group member is permitted to defecate directly into the mouth of the performer(s).

      • Performer(s) will consume all of the feces of any group member when requested.

One-on-One VIP Events

• Geisha Gold VIP Events - VIP Private bookings for a 24-hour contract, restricted to one host.

• Geisha Platinum VIP Events - VIP Private bookings for a 72-hour contract (3 days), restricted to one host.

• Geisha Diamond VIP Events - VIP Private bookings for a 170-hour contract (7 days), restricted to one host.

  •  

    ​Escort companionship for the duration. Dating, attending events.

    •  

      No inherent sexual activity is required.​

       

  • Performer(s) do not wear any clothes unless instructed by the host.

  •  

    ​Client can decide on various outfits for performer(s) in advance

     

  • Unlimited extensive sexual services may include but are not limited to:

    • hugging, kissing, cunnilingus, analingus, handjob, oral sex, throatjob, vagina intercourse, anal intercourse, vaginal toy insertion, anal toy insertion, performer(s)-masturbation, vaginal self-fisting, anal self-fisting, anal self-wristing, vaginal fisting, anal fisting, anal wristing, vaginal beer can insertion, anal beer can insertion, vaginal wine bottle insertion, anal wine bottle insertion, anal champagne bottle insertion, vaginal baseball bat insertion, anal baseball bat insertion, vaginal high heel insertion, anal high-heel shoe insertion, facials, ejaculations, throat ejaculations.

    • All of these services are to be provided to the host on demand and or by request, any time of day.

      • Host reserves the right to collect the performer's feces and then request her to eat multiple defecations at once.

    • ​Performer will accept all feces from the host over the booked period.

      • The host is permitted to have the performer smear her face or body with his feces when requested.​

      • Performer will fully insert the host's entire defecation (every turd) into her vagina when requested.

      • The host is permitted to cover his penis with his feces and engage in vaginal intercourse.

      • The host is permitted to cover his penis with his feces and engage in anal intercourse.

      • The host is permitted to defecate directly onto the face of the performer.

      • The host is permitted to defecate directly into the mouth of the performer.

      • Performer will consume all feces of the host when requested.

    • MULTIPLE BOOKED PERFORMERS:​​

      • Performers will smear her face or body with feces from other performers.

      • Performers will mix feces together and smear their feces onto the host's penis and perform handjobs when requested.

      • Performers will mix feces together and smear their feces onto the host's penis and perform oral sex when requested.

      • Performers will line up, sitting side by side, insert their own feces into their vaginas and masturbate using their fingers.

      • Performers will line up, sitting side by side, insert their own feces into their vaginas and masturbate using a vibrator.

      • Performers will line up, sitting side by side, insert their own feces into their vaginas and masturbate using a dildo.

      • Performers will insert other performers feces into their vaginas when requested.

      • The host is is permitted to cover his penis with any of their feces and engage in vaginal intercourse with any performers.

      • The host is is permitted to cover his penis with any of their feces and engage in anal intercourse with any performers.

      • Performers will cover their entire body with their feces when requested.

      • Performers will cover their entire body with another performer's feces when requested.

      • Performers consent to defecating directly onto each other's faces when requested.

      • Performers consent to defectating directly into each other's mouths when requested.

      • Performers will consume all feces of other performers when requested.

      • Performers consent to eating their own feces as a group when requested.

      • Performers consent to eating each others' feces as a group when requested.

      • The host reserves the right to collect performers' feces and then request performers to eat multiple defecations at once

      • Performer(s) will fully insert the host's entire defecation (every turd) into her vagina when requested.

      • The host is permitted to defecate directly into the mouths of the performers.

      • Performer(s) will consume all feces of the host when requested.

The specific details of any engagement, including duration, rates, and specific performance requests, will be outlined in the contract made with the Sakura Geisha no less than three months prior to the agreed-upon event date.

 

 

4.2 Service Limitations

​

Our service providers are independent contractors and are not employees of Sakura Geisha. Our supplied services are personal, consensual interactions between the Client and the Performer, and Sakura Geisha is not responsible for any disputes arising from the execution of such services.

​

A booking retainer will be requested if any high-end jewelry is requested to be worn by any of our performers. The retained is subject to the specifics of the contract.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

​​

Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and courteously at all times. Clients must:

• Maintain respectful behavior toward performers and adhere to the agreed-upon scope of services.

• Provide accurate and timely payment for services rendered.

• Refrain from engaging in any illegal or unlawful activity during interactions with performers.

  • Any physical acts must be consensual. Our staff monitors all interactions with clients.

  • All sexual acts must be consensual as well and monitored by staff. Sexual acts must be agreed upon beforehand and stated in the contract agreement which performers are agreeing to what.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where the services are being rendered. Prostitution and paying for sexual acts are illegal in the United States. Each state has specific guidelines for Escort services, and Sakura Geisha adheres to all laws.

5. Booking and Payment Terms

​

5.1 Booking Process

​

Bookings start with general inquiries, and that can be made directly through the website. Bookings must be made no less than three months in advance to ensure performer availability. Specific details regarding the performer’s availability, service offerings, and pricing will be provided at the time of booking. Many details are worked out during the booking contract process.

5.2 Payment

 

Clients agree to pay for services in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. Sakura Geisha offers secure payment options, including credit cards, digital wallets, and other methods as specified on the platform. In addition to the main booking fees, there will be a variety of retainers. Clients will pay their pre-venue booking no less than two months before the venue date. There are typically a large number of add-on services rendered during the venue. Our on-site staff denotes these extras, and Sakura Geisha provides our client with a post-venue invoice of surcharges. Sakura Geisha will draw these charges from your existing retainer. Once all matters have been settled, the remaining balance of your retainer will be refunded.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.

5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

​​

• Cancellations by Clients: Clients may cancel bookings up to two months before their scheduled venue date. Cancellations past an agreed date void your contract, and your payment cannot be refunded.

​

• Cancellations by Sakura Geisha or Performer: If a performer becomes unavailable or there is an issue with the booking that prevents the service from being rendered, Sakura Geisha will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule at the client’s discretion. In addition to this inconvenience, you will be ableto  be offered a credit.

6. Legality and venue determination

​

Paying for sexual services is illegal in the United States and most countries. For bookings within the United States, Sakura Geisha has strict contract terminology that ensures sexual services are not listed. However, this can still be tricky from a legal perspective, and we advise clients seeking sexual activity to determine their venue location to adhere to laws. 24-hour and 7-day booking tiers require advanced legal authorization and legal contracts written to ensure the legal safety of our performers and our clients.

6.1 United States sexual access

​

• Venues booked in the United States offer limited legal interaction with performers. Contract terminology is written to protect both the performers and the clients. To avoid conflicts with local government or crime, Sakura Geisha does not offer services in Africa or the Middle East. Sakura Geisha also does not operate in Mexico or Canada as dealing with the government and potential corruption issues pose a high risk to our performers and Sakura Geisha Group. Sakura Geisha no longer conducts business in California due to legal concerns within the state and over-regulation.

 

• ​6.1a States in which Sakura Geisha Group legally operates:​

  ​

  •  ​​Florida - Sakura Geisha is registered as an Escort service in the American state of Florida. Sakura Geisha is legally required to provide client billing information along with advanced notice of venue events. Venues booked in Miami offer unrestricted sexual access.

  ​

  • New York - Sakura Geisha is registered as an Escort service in the American state of New York. Sakura Geisha has no legal obligations to provide advanced venue or company information to the state. However, if we face any judicial probe we are presented with an affidavit and will hand over any requested client information and booking information as legally requested. Venues booked in New York City offer unrestricted sexual access.

  • Nevada - Sakura Geisha is registered as an Escort service in the American state of Nevada, and Sakura Geisha must provide all venue information to the state. Venues booked in Las Vegas offer unrestricted sexual access.

6.2 Unrestricted sexual access guideline

​

• Including the four US states listed above, venues booked in the following countries offer unrestricted and unlimited sexual access to our performers if stipulated by the contract.

• There is a destination surcharge for each performer and a booking service fee. The fee structure is discussed during the initial booking meeting.

• Sakura Geisha holds Escort licenses in the following countries and works with local authorities to ensure Sakura Geisha meets all legal requirements.

• Group Bookings:

  • Sakura Geisha has preferred destinations for convention halls or conference spaces for corporate and group bookings.

  • Entire groups can take on each performer at will. Special sexual services must be requested in advance.

  • With limited access, performers may discharge bodily fluids and defecate, making it available for collection or consumption by the client

• One-on-one Bookings:​

  • The performer(s) will stay in the Four Seasons hotel in an agreed city, and the booking will begin from there.​

  • One individual has unlimited, unrestricted access to the performer(s) for the agreed duration.

  • Throughout the duration of the booking, each performer will provide every bodily discharge and defecation to the client.

    • Per the contract agreement, the performer(s) are not permitted to use toilets for the entire duration of the booking.​

6.2a Unrestricted Countries

Sakura Geisha has business licenses and legal authority to conduct and operate Escort services in the following countries:

6.2b Partially Restricted Countries

While limitations exist, Sakura Geisha has connections within the local governments of the following countries to help avoid running into any issues.

7. Code of Conduct

​

By using our services, clients agree to the following Code of Conduct:

​

• Respect: Clients must treat performers with respect and courtesy unless otherwise agreed and consent is provided.

​

• No Harassment: Clients must not engage in any behavior that can be perceived as harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct.

​

• Substance Abuse: Clients are prohibited from engaging in the use of illegal substances during their interaction with the performer.

  • Clients are prohibited from attempting to share or provide illegal substances to any Sakura Geisha performers or staff.​

​

• Photography and Recording: Unless granted by the contract type, clients are prohibited from taking photos, video recordings, or audio recordings without the prior consent of the performer. For most events, phones and recording devices are collected upon venue entry and are not permitted. Higher-tier venues do allow recordings.

Failure to adhere to this code may result in the termination of service and potential legal action. Armed event security will be on-site and is authorized to use force if warranted.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

​

We take your privacy seriously. Personal data collected through the website or during the booking process will be handled per the Sakura Geisha Group's company Privacy Policy, which outlines how your information is collected, used, and protected.

​

Sakura Geisha will never share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfill services (e.g., payment processors, legal authorities, etc.).

9. Dispute Resolution

​

In the event of any dispute between the Client and Sakura Geisha or the Client and a Performer, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration following the rules of [insert arbitration institution].

All legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the agreed-upon city of the booked venue, and the venue for any legal proceedings will be within the city of the agreed-upon venue.

10. Limitation of Liability

​

Sakura Geisha and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to any damages resulting from:

• Interactions between Clients and Performers.

• Destruction of property such as clothing or material items owned or provided by Sakura Geisha

• Theft of property such as diamonds, gold, attire, and material items owned or provided by Sakura Geisha.

• Failure to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Disputes regarding the quality or satisfaction of services rendered.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.

11. Termination of Service

​

Sakura Geisha reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to services if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in illegal activities, or violate our Code of Conduct. Termination of services may also occur due to violations of applicable laws.

12. Miscellaneous

​

• Amendments: Sakura Geisha may update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email or through a notification on the website.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between Sakura Geisha and the Client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
